Who can Apply for DACA?
Individuals who are under 31 years old as of June 15, 2012 and came to the U.S. before turning 16 years old
Individuals must continuously reside in the U.S. from June 15, 2007 to the present.
Individuals entered the U.S. without inspection or did not have lawful status before June 15, 2012.
Individuals who are currently in school, graduated from high school, obtained a GED or have been honorably discharged from the military.
Individuals who have no felony offense or misdemeanor.
Applicants must meet
of the above mentioned requirements.
How to apply for DACA?
Applicants must submit necessary forms and fees as well as additional documentation to the USCIS.
The forms consist of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival Form, Employment Authorization form, and economic need supplement form.
The applicants must also submit evidence to display they meet all of the criteria for DACA.
