Matthew J. Casebolt is a Colorado attorney with more than 20 years of legal and business experience representing businesses, professionals, property owners, and individuals throughout Colorado. His practice focuses on civil litigation, commercial transactions, real estate disputes, probate matters, estate planning, and mediation.
Before entering private practice, Matt worked as a tax accountant with Ernst & Young in Germany, giving him valuable insight into the financial and operational challenges facing businesses. He has also represented international clients from Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, and South Korea.
Matt earned his B.A. from Colorado College, his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and his M.B.A. in Finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New York and is committed to providing practical, strategic, and client-focused legal counsel.
